Please read these rules before entering the Welcome to Casa Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Quidsi, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the foregoing persons or entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, suppliers, vendors, licensors and any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, domestic partners, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning 12:00:01 a.m. (EST) January 12, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) February 7, 2012, the "Entry Period"; entries received prior to or after the applicable Entry Period will not be accepted. To enter, during the applicable Entry Period you must: submit your e-mail address to receive special launch and offers and you will automatically be entered to win. Limit one (1) entry per person. The use of any software-generated or other automated processes to submit entries will void all entries submitted by that person. Other Promotions: Please note that we may be running similar sweepstakes at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each sweepstakes separately. Prizes: We will award one (1) prize of a $100 coupon code to be used on any product on Casa.com. Total ARV of all prizes is $100. Each winner will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to, taxes and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize; and (b) required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to the Sponsor in order to claim the prize. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Coupon code will expire on August, 31, 2012. Prize Drawing: A potential winner will be selected at random drawing to be held on the launch date of Casa.com on or about the week February 7th - 14th, 2012, for entries received during the Entry Period. Entries not drawn will be discarded and will not be eligible for subsequent drawings, if any. We will notify the potential winner by phone or e-mail within 5 business days following the drawing. Potential winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release (the "Affidavit/Release) as well as an IRS W-9 form within fourteen (14) days following notice to the potential winner that he/she has been selected. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period; cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to claim the prize; or otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize may be awarded to an alternative potential winner. The prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). We will award the prize to a minor's parent or legal guardian if a minor, in any state where the age of majority is not 18, wins the prize. The parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation. Limit 1 prize per person. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of winner's name or other online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Prize MUST be used prior to August 31, 2012. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. General Conditions: We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the process of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; (y) acting in violation of these rules; or (z) acting in an unsportsman like or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of a potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes bines awarded as provided in these Official Rules, we may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants. You agree that our decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final. Each entrant agrees that, by participating in the Sweepstakes, he/she waives all right, title and interest in their entry, including any copyright and/or trademark rights. Each winner agrees that, by participating in the Sweepstakes, we may use the winner's name in any manner and in any medium for our promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
