Comments about Stainless Programmable Convection Bread Maker:

I recently bought this machine, and I'm so disappointed. The problems I'm having with it is the bread falls in the center when I take it out, the sides brown too dark, and the machine doesn't mix well. I would never recommend this machine to any one. I'm ready to send it back. Very disappointed!

Comments about Stainless Programmable Convection Bread Maker:

I enjoy homemade bread!I also wanted to make a vary of sizes! + I want it to come out Corretly all the way around! Also 2 try 4 the 1st X a machine w/ a regular finished Loaf. Not an upright loaf! This is the 1 I have TR2700! I've made 5 loafs,so far, various sizes. They all came out just has I wanted! My house smelled GREAT once again!! Yummm! Lately I seldom make from scratch, the machine help to save X. Some days I need every free minute possible!
Once you figure out how 2 program your choice its not hard to do. It can be a bit of a challenge. But you can always call for help! They were really nice! Yes it stumped me,,
I have baked bread from scratch & machine for 35+ yrs. So I must warn those who buy this one!!With it being a loaf pan verses an upright! I did need to add a touch more liquid & I used Honey just around the inside edge of the pan. Maybe a total of 1/2 a tablespoon. But I've been at it for years so be careful! I'd take a stiff spatula and help to blend the dough.Just around the edges of the pan.Thou being careful while doing so!I'm sure they would disapprove me saying this! Just be careful not to go towards the center & the blade thats turning.Don't use anything sharp! You don't want to scratch or mark up the pan! The recipe book has some mistakes. Some have the salt left out!! Yes all breads need salt!! Luckly for me I've tons of Bread recipes. YES you can use them in this machine I have already!! Just be sure to check the loaf size so it fits your pan & the bread type,is close or very simular to the list they give you to use! It is Very Noisey when mixing, compared to all my others. It is a good size machine but after all its making a regular loaf size not an up right! So if your really really cramped for space, its not for U!
I have not tried the Delay Time/Bake yet!But I don't think it will be an issue. Thats a great feature thou.I loved it with my other machines over the years.Waking to the smell of fresh bread it very nice! Just remember its noisey when mixing.Just to remind U!
So with all this being said I hope it helps you make a wise choice. I'm not disappointed at all!I would buy this one again & I for sure would give has a gift for a Wedding Shower,House Warming or Brithday!
