Comments about Convection Toaster Oven w/ Element IQ, Stainless:
Our big oven el-broko very suddenly, in the middle of baking a cake. I picked this item from CASA on Friday morning, expecting delivery Monday or Tuesday. Was thrilled, I mean thrilled, to have it delivered the next day, Saturday. We immediately set her up and read the manual and started playing. It was very easy, even my husband can use it for his toast (somehow he always managed to get the toast stuck in our toaster). Proceeded to roast cornish hens, bake potatoes that night. Next day made a cake which cooked beautifully even, better than my monster ever did. Baked a loaf of bread which came out superb, and in much less time. Have used it every day for one thing or another, and our microwave and toaster are going to the curb. The only drawback is all of my 9X13 pans have lips on them and they do not fit. Could Breville maybe add another inch or two to depth and width with next model? It would then be perfect. And maybe even another inch or two in height, and add another rack. Just a wish list, but overall an excellent product!
