1. i could keep all baby stuff that we use daily in this table as it's spacious enough
2. the mattress is waterproof and is also well cushioned & firm enough to place newborns
3. we've placed it beside the sofa in bedroom & it's easy to access things even from the side
4. it's big enough so that it would be spacious even when my baby grows up to a toddler
5. the safety straps provide assurance that my baby would be safe even in that height

This changing table is just ok. It matches the "Emily" crib which is why I ordered it. The shelves and even the changing surface are very thin mason board. I would get a more substantial changing table, but it's in a beach house, so it won't get daily use. The pad is very thin.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Absolutely awful! As soon as we started putting it together it started to fall apart. The wood cracked and it seemed like the pieces just would not fit together. My husband has never had trouble putting stuff like this together but this thing is awful. He tried using wood glue and now he as to go buy a different screw for it. When he told me that I said forget it, let's get a different one! It's totally unsteady and not sturdy at all. Baically, a piece of junk! That will teach me to buy the cheapest one because you get what you pay for.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

First, it arrived with a huge chip on one of the corners, good thing it was in the back. And now the drawer on it is falling off..

I've had this for a month and it has already broken. The draw just came apart. We have been very easy on it. Maybe use it twice a day and have very few things in the drawer. I know it is not a high end product but I thought it would last longer than a month.
Pros are that is looked nice and was a comfortable height. I guess we have to invest in a better quality changing table.
