Great cooking utensils are uncommon. . .most of the time, we "settle for good enough." This spatula is actually a pleasure to use, due to its evenly balanced weight, size of grip-handle, ease in cleaning, and perfect design for turning foods. Even fried eggs are delicately flipped over without tearing by the tool. I love it!
