With the Primo digital remote thermometer you can remotely monitor the grill dome temperature and the internal temperature of your meat at the same time. Simply place one heat resistant probe wire inside the grill and insert the other probe 6" into meat. The wireless receiver beeps and flashes when meat or grill temperatures exceed your programmed settings.
