    Comments about Aluminum 16" x 4" x 4-1/2" Long Loaf Pan:

    I never make just one batch of any bread. Every one gets a double loaf. This pan is deep, has the corners that stick out that make it easy for inverting to cool off. I'm glad that it is not a non-stick pan because the coatings never last. Just oil this pans corners well and your breads will fall out with ease. My pan is at least 13 years old and still is #1 in my kitchen.
